Custom pieces are made specifically for you and are final sale. Production timelines, design approvals, and modifications are governed by the terms of your specific custom order, communicated separately during the design process.
Each piece comes with our 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in detail on our Warranty page. The warranty does not cover damage from wear, impact, accident, chemicals, unauthorized repair, or loss.
All content on the Site — including text, images, designs, logos, photographs, the "Mohana Jewels" name and trademarks, and underlying code — is owned by Mohan Jewels LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or via email if you have an account. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Warranty, and any other policies referenced on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mohan Jewels LLC regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
