1. Mohana Jewels is Made to order Diamond Jewelry
Order cancellations on Mohana Jewels Made to Order Jewelry are subject to order cancellation based on store policy.
2. Mohana Jewels Jewelry Order Cancellation & Return
Order cancellations on Mohana Jewels Jewelry are subject to cancellation & restocking fees.
2.1 - Within 2 Days of purchase order
If for any reason, you do not want your in-stock item anymore, we will issue a partial refund or store credit subject to cancellation & restocking fees within 24 hours of placing your order:
- Partial refund: Amount paid minus 5% fees
Return Period:
- You may return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Items:
- Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept items with any incidental or wear & tear damage.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@mohanajewels.com to initiate the return process.
- Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Quality Inspection:
- All returned items will undergo a thorough quality inspection.
- Refunds will only be processed for items that meet our return policy criteria.
Refund Processing Time:
- Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Exclusions:
- Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Defective or substandard item
If a Mohana Jewels product has a manufacturer defect upon shipping to the client that was incurred during transit or missed during our quality assurance inspection, we will repair it under our Manufacturer’s Warranty or offer an exchange (at our discretion). These exchanges can only be done within 7 days of receiving the piece and the piece must be returned in new condition (unworn & no incidental or wear & tear damage).
8. Mohana Jewels Refusing Clients
The Mohana Jewels team reserves the right to refuse clients and cancel orders at any stage of production. In these instances, Mohana Jewels will partially refund the client and retain the applicable cancellation & restocking fees as outlined in our Order Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Client refusal may come as a result of (but is not limited to) online or in person:
- Use of offensive and/or abusive language towards staff
- Harassment and/or threats towards staff
- Inappropriate Behavior towards staff
Please note that the Mohana Jewels team will not tolerate harassment of any kind during the course of their transaction/production and reserves the right to end our business relation with a client and cancel their order.
