What qualifies

Any in-stock piece, unworn, in its original packaging with all certifications included. You have 30 days from the day it's delivered to start the return. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from every approved return — this covers professional re-inspection, certification verification, and re-listing.

Custom and bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned. They are made specifically for you, and once production begins, the piece cannot be returned to inventory. Exchanges are not offered — if you'd like a different piece, please return your original order and place a new one.

What doesn’t

  • Custom and bespoke pieces — final sale, no exceptions. They were made specifically for you.
  • Pieces that have been resized, engraved, or altered after delivery.
  • Items showing signs of wear.

Custom orders can sometimes be modified or repaired after delivery, even though they can't be returned. If your bespoke piece needs adjustment, write to us — that's a different conversation than a return.

The 10% restocking fee

A 10% restocking fee is deducted from every return. This covers professional re-inspection, certification verification, and re-listing — the work involved in bringing a piece back into inventory at its original quality standard.

For example
A $2,000 ring returned in original condition refunds at $1,800.

The restocking fee does not apply to:

  • Pieces that arrive damaged
  • Pieces shipped to you in error
  • Manufacturing defects discovered within the return window

All returns must be sent fully insured. If a piece is lost or damaged in uninsured transit back to us, we cannot issue a refund.

Order Cancellation

The 48-hour rule.

Cancellation policy is timed by when production begins on your piece.

Within 48 hours of placing your order

Free cancellation, full refund. Email us. We'll cancel and refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After 48 hours

Cancellation is still possible if your piece hasn't yet shipped, but a 10% cancellation fee applies — the same as the restocking fee. This covers the production setup, quality inspection, and packaging that begins after the 48-hour mark.

Once your piece has shipped

Cancellation is no longer available. The order becomes a return, governed by the policy above.

Custom and bespoke orders

The 48-hour window applies to custom orders too — but once production begins on your piece, cancellation is no longer possible at any fee. Custom production typically begins between 48 and 72 hours after order confirmation.

Refund speed depends on your bank, not us — once we've processed it, it's out of our hands. If it's been more than 10 business days, contact your bank first, then us.
