Shipping
Complimentary insured shipping on all orders within the United States via FedEx or UPS. Each piece ships from our Pennsylvania studio within 3–5 business days, with most orders arriving in 5–7 business days. A signature is required upon delivery for the safety of your jewelry. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all certificates and documentation included. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receipt and inspection.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement at no cost. After 48 hours, your piece has entered production and cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To choose a different piece, please return your original order and place a new one.
