We offer three shipping options to USA & International clients:

• Complimentary Standard Worldwide Shipping (5-10 business days)

• Express Worldwide Shipping (3-5 business days)

We strongly advise clients to monitor their package closely once it ships to avoid delays. 

Please note that these shipping timeframes may increase without notice due to:

IMPORTANT: We ask that clients provide a residential address as the delivery address as a signature is required upon delivery. We cannot ship packages to P.O boxes nor can we ship them to military bases.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to all Mohana Jewels moissanite gemstones (including loose moissanite gemstones and moissanite gemstones that are part of jewelry pieces).

The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all changes to optical properties (clarity, color, and brilliance) of the moissanite gemstone.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is automatically applied to each Mohana Jewelry purchase and is only available to the original purchaser.

Any alterations or treatments to the Mohana Jewels® gemstone will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is applicable to all Mohana Jewels® gold and/or platinum jewelry settings (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets).

The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty covers structural (setting) damage resulting from manufacturing defects.

The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is automatically applied to each Mohana Jewelry purchase and is only available to the original purchaser.

The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover bending/warping or prong movement due to wear and tear damages in your Mohana Jewels® gold/platinum jewelry.

Any alterations or treatments to the Mohana Jewels® gold/platinum jewelry will void the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty.

We offer full, half, and quarter US sizes.

Please refer to our international sizing chart to obtain information on converting your finger size.

Note that it is important to get your finger measured prior to placing your order. 

Here are some options that can help you measure your finger size: 

• Visit a local jeweler to have your finger measured. 

• Order an inexpensive metal ring sizer online (on Amazon for example).

Perform routine cleaning and care practices on all moissanite jewelry. 

Care

• Remove jewelry before physical activity, manual labour, sleeping, and showering.

• Avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, and oils while wearing your ring.

• Complete bi-annual professional inspections and maintenance repairs (as needed).

• Remove jewelry if the prongs or stones become loose.

Cleaning

• Perform weekly routine cleanings.

• Use a mild soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush to clean the ring. Soak for 10 minutes, gently scrub, then rinse off to dry.

• For any oil build up, we recommend cleaning your moissanite with a silver polish. Wright's Silver Cream is a great option.

• Have your ring professionally cleaned once a year.

• We offer complimentary professional cleanings on all Mohana jewelry.
